iPod shuffle 1GB PB811LL/A Works with Mac OS 10.3.9 Panther

Apple's website states the latest iPod shuffle has the following Mac requirements.

• Mac computer with USB 2.0 port
• Mac OS X v10.4.10 or later
• iTunes 7.7 or later

The previous iPod shuffle version was compatible with Mac OS 10.3.9 and iTunes 7.5 (19) which is what I have been running for a while. Despite the specs, I tried it anyway not wanting to pay over $100 to upgrade to Tiger or Leopard for a $50 shuffle. It worked with no issues though. Here are the iPod shuffle details.
